Ready pieces ship in 2 to 4 working days. Made to order and personalised pieces take 5 to 12 days to make, since resin needs time to cure. Delivery then takes 3 to 6 days depending on your city.

Yes. For nameplates, frames and anything with names, we send you a preview on WhatsApp and start only after you approve it.

Place the order or a custom request, and we will message you with packing tips and a courier address. Try to send the flowers within three days of the ceremony. We can arrange pickup in some cities.

Yes, on orders up to ₹5,000 with a small handling fee. Personalised orders need online payment.

Please record a short video while opening your parcel. If anything is broken, send it to us within 48 hours and we will make a replacement at no cost.

We do. Return gifts, wedding favours and corporate hampers are a big part of our work. Write to us with quantities and dates and we will share a quote.

We use UV-resistant art resin, which slows yellowing a lot. Keeping pieces away from harsh direct sunlight helps them stay clear for many years.

Ready pieces can be cancelled before they ship. Personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once we start making them.
